BYDFi will begin its scheduled system upgrade at 2026/09/22 13:00 (UTC+8) (since 10:00, registration and account changes have been suspended and spot orders cancelled), expected to take 4–6 hours, with services resuming around 17:00–19:00 (UTC+8).
Current status
- From 10:00 (three hours before maintenance): registration and account information changes suspended; existing spot orders cancelled and spot trading restricted; Spot Grid and Auto-Invest strategies terminated
- Registration and login suspended
- Deposits and withdrawals suspended
- All trading suspended, including spot and futures
- Spot Grid and Futures Grid strategies have been stopped; asset returns are being processed
- Copy and lead positions have been closed; follow relationships terminated
- Existing futures positions and pending orders are fully retained
Your assets remain secure and your balances are fully preserved.
During the upgrade, the App and web will display a maintenance page. You can still reach us through the customer support link on that page, or follow BYDFi's official X and Telegram channels for live updates.
We will announce completion immediately once the upgrade finishes. The actual duration may change based on progress.
